I struggle with major depression and anxiety.
This blog is my personal exploration of various treatments for these mental illnesses, from journalling and counselling to yoga and meditation.
I hope to connect with others who have experienced depression (either for themselves or through someone close) to share and learn more about these illnesses. I think that my fear of stigma has made my experience of depression more difficult and so I welcome this forum as a place to break down the silence.
